All materials on this website, including texts, design structures, logos, icons, graphics, and image assets, are the exclusive property of Ecosplash UAE. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial reuse is strictly prohibited.
03. Order Placement & Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and stock availability. We reserve the right to cancel or reject any order for any reason. Payments are processed securely via the Stripe gateway, supporting major credit/debit cards and Apple Pay in UAE Dirhams (AED).
04. Account Responsibilities
When creating an account on Ecosplash UAE, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and tracking logs. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your user profile.
05. Limitation of Liability
Ecosplash UAE shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use this site, product delivery delays, or courier coordination. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the value of the order purchased.
06. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates and the local laws of the Emirate of Dubai. Any dispute arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dubai, UAE.
